Dutch Oven Breakfast pic heavy

I made up a Chuckwagon Breakfast yesterday in a 7qt dutch oven.
Here are the raws.
Fried up 1 pound of hot itialian sausage and 1 pound of bacon.
Sautaued the onions.
Added the frozen hash brown potatoes.
In goes a dozen eggs.
Topped everything with a couple cups of shredded cheese.
Finished
Plated I need to tweak this a bit but it came out pretty good for a first time.

I like that idea. Looks tasty Dave! Might be good with some smoked loney.Molly

Thanks Shane. I may try this with regular breakfast sausage next time and raise the cooking temp to 400 instead of 350 to get crispier bacon.Dave San Jose, CA The Duke of Loney
