1 Egg
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Masa
4 Chicken breasts, Cut into 1" cubes
Peanut Oil
Raspberry Chipotle Sauce, Fischer & Wieser Brand
Mix egg, masa, and soy sauce. Add chicken and marinade.
Heat peanut oil in wok. Stir fry chicken. To serve, drizzle raspberry chipotle sauce on it.
This is quick and easy. I got the sauce at Costco and the recipe was on an attached tag. The sauce compliments the chicken very nicely. It is sweet, smokey, and has a little kick from the chipotle.

That looks very good, on my "try soon" list, thanks!!

VI-That looks delicious. I got a wok for Vhristmas last year (2009), and still haven't seasoned it yet
Guess I should get off my butt.

Gary, looks great! I love raspberry chipotle sauce-a good flavor combo.

LOL - no clue what masa is... but it looks great!!
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Darlin', it's Mexican, that's why you don't recognize it! Masa is Spanish for dough, and it's field corn that's been dried, treated so it's digestible, and ground. Tortillas and tamales are a couple of things made with it.

Great looking plate. You do it in wok or CI?

Thanks. I stir fried the chicken in the wok. Stir frying is so easy with a wok, sitting on a spider, and a long spatula.
One thing I've recently learned. Even though my wok is well seasoned, sometimes food will want to stick. The trick is to add oil to the wok after the wok is hot, then swirl the oil around. Heating the wok first will open the pores and the oil will seal them up (I think).
I read that in one of my Chinese cookbooks and nothing has stuck since.__________________________________________Dripping Springs, Texas.Just west of Austintatious -
Thanks for the comments. It wasn't a gourmet meal, but quick, easy and tasty. Also, I wanted to post a recipe because there haven't been too many new recipes lately on the forum.__________________________________________Dripping Springs, Texas.Just west of Austintatious
