My next door neighbor came over last night to cook some pizzas on my egg. He came up with an interesting and tasty pizza. He had grilled some chicken breasts and chopped them up and tossed in some home made buffalo wing sauce. On his home made dough he put a layer of buffalo wing sauce, then the chicken, some chopped celery & red onion (I know it sounds gross, but it was actually good), some crumbled blue cheese and then some shredded mozzarella to hold it all together. Turned out great. Had all of the flavors of Buffalo wings on a pizza![p]I contributed a Sante Fe pizza: sprinkle a little cumin on the crust, then a layer of shreddedc Mexican cheese blend, then a layer of THINLY sliced red onion, then a good amount of chopped fresh cilantro, then some chopped grilled chicken breast, some frozen corn niblets, more cheese, and finally some sliced pickled jalapenos. Serve with salsa for topping.[p]We also had a plain cheese and a pepperoni for the pickier wives.[p]Now back to my New Year's Resolutions!

    bigmikej,
I like the sounds of the buffalo chicken pizza. I'll try that one soon. I do a clam casino pizza where I put down my pizza sauce then the 6 cheese blend or Italian blend shredded cheese about two cups of chopped clams (uncooked), chopped green pepper, onion and pimento. Add some 1" slices of uncooked bacon and tobasco to tase and cook it crispy. There is another one that I do the cheeseburger pizza. I'll cook up about a pound of ground beef and drain off the fat add that to a pizza crust covered only with sharp shredded cheddar. Next throw on chopped white onion and drained hamburger pickles and cook it. Every once and a while I'll throw on 1" bacon strips (uncooked) and have a bacon cheeseburger pizza. I serve it with ketchup & mustard. They are both awesome! Even better done on the egg!!! Joe
