Ok, first of all, thanks to everyone for thier response to my brisket inquiry...Seems like most of you pegged it when saying that it would have to go 8-10 hrs. I planned on cooking it last night, but fell asleep before I had a chance to start it. It will be my project for the weekend. I promise to show you all the pics as it cooks. Thanks again for the advice.[p]Paul
