Any good ideas for a london broil?

Paul,
Marinate at least overnight. Your choice of marinade and
spices. Egg at 325-350 for 10-15 min a side and get
med-rare. Do not overcook. Slice at an angle to the grain.
I just did one this weekend, probably the best London
Broil I've ever done.

Yea, buy Tri Tip instead.... sorry one of my favorites .... look in recipes/archive i have seen a them posted in the past

Paul,[p]I use London Broil for Jerky. Lean and a good beefy taste.
Look for it on sale. Just my $0.02 worth.[p]
