I want to thank Lee at Wicked Good Charcoal for outstanding customer service.
The problem was resolved and I was very pleased with the outcome from these fine people at Wicked Good.
This is real good lump and no I do not get a cent for this.....
Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

    Amen to that!! I've never dealt with Larry, but Lee Ann is awesome!! Very accommodating. I picked up a bunch of lump at the Holyoke MA distribution center a while back and she actually emailed me the next day to make sure the pickup went smoothly!! Both the distribution center owner (Steve) and the warehouse guy (Jason) were very friendly and helpful as well.

    Come to think of it, we have a BUNCH of vendors who offer excellent service, don't we? I haven't had a bad experience with any of them! Must be something in all that smoke we're all breathin'!! :)

    I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!
