Unable to log-on
I have joined the forum and activated it and in the past logged-on.
Now when I try to log on. I am told I must activate.

I triggered a confirmation email for your account. Did you receive it? -
My buddy who's a BGE newbie has tried in vain to set up an account. He keeps getting messages that there's already an account with his email address set up. I've tried to login for him and get his password reset but he doesn't get an email from the forum administrators. Any useful words of wisdom to share with me so I can help him get his account working?
