Hi All,
Just wondering how many/where you are? I'd love to talk and/or cook with some fellow eggers in the area. Still new to eggdom and have a ton of questions. I do my best learning through example and would appreciate some tips from those more experienced than myself. Talked to my local dealer (in Delaware if any know the spot) and they mentioned springtime cooking lessons. Can't wait that long!!! Thanks for reading...
Best,
Don

Hello Irish Fan!
We live in Lewis Center (I'm sure you are familiar) and have been cooking on an egg for close to 2 years now. We don't cook on our eggs nearly as much as others on this forum, but we have quite a few eggcessories that make cooking a variety of food easy.
We have a large and a medium egg. We've done turkeys, steaks, pizzas, wings and appetizers with some success. We're 50/50 on brisket, but pulled off a very nice pulled beef barbeque for an Ohio State FB gathering.
We have been toying around with the idea of seeing if our distributor would be willing to sponsor a central ohio Eggfest. Maybe your dealer would be interested. I know there are a lot of people who have eggs in the area, I'm just not sure they are here on this forum.
Send us an e-mail if you want to meet up.

Irishfan34- 1.5 hours south in Mason. I have been checking out the info on the various Eggfests- trying to fanagle a trip to one somewhere- preferably somewhere warm.

There are a few in Cinci that post and a couple in Dayton including myself. I bought my Egg at a garden center over by the dam. That was the closest dealer when I got mine.
Welcome to the forum -
We live in West Chester, OH about 90 minutes from Columbus. Last August went to the Indy Eggfest. It would be great to have one somewhere in Ohio close.
