<p />Trying to follow TNW site + good advice NB gave me a long time ago. Cooked a great brisket.[p]Marinaded in apple juice and cowlick rub overnight. Cooked 24 hours at 230-250. Separted point and flat for sandwiches and burnt ends.[p]Tammy volunteered me to cook for 50 sometime in June and promised them brisket and pulled pork. [p]Thanks again eggors.[p]CWM[p]The start
