Could use some tips for cooking some beef kakobs with mushrooms and peppers and onion.recommended temps and times for my largeBGE.

I cooked some pork heeee-kabobs a few weeks ago. I posted my results. I am pretty sure I cooked them 350-400 for about 5 or 6 minutes a side. Depends how thick you cut the meat. I cut mine in relatively thin strips, and folded them onto the skewers. I like the oinion next to the meat.[p]One possibility is to do the other veggies seperately from the meat since unless you like your veggies well-charred. Coat your veggies with olive oil, and maybe some seasonings.[p]They are GOOD!![p]NB
