Mediterranean Tuna Results

We ended up using a Jamison recipe on our tuna steak. It is Tuna Caper. Obviously the paste is done with capers. :-)[p]It was quite good. A one inch filet was cooked 2 minutes per side at 600*.[p]Yummy. We shared this and two filet mignon's. A little surf and turf.[p]Fritz
