On the Naked Whiz is says to cook for 1 hour at 350 but should I use a temp guage in the breast to determine when it's done? [p]And if so, at what temp should I take it out? I have the term in the breast and set to take it out when it reaches 175.[p]Thx

WVU-EGG,
I pull mine off at 165 in the breast.

WVU-EGG,
A thermometer to check the brest temp is an excellent idea, I think 175° is a bit high though, maybe shoot for pulling it at 160° to 165°.

Bobby-Q,[p]I found wednesday that 165 on my thermapen was perfect for us.
