Used this stuff Made a jig Applied the gasket material Shaped it with the jig After doing mini, adjusted jig to fit small Small and mini finished Mini cruising along at 900 - neaux gasket issues Put a handful of apple chips on and closed down the vents - all good My patent attorney advised that I should be eggspecting…

I will be doing this to my Large sometime this weekend (got the Small to cook on!) and want to know what you guys do about temperature probes. Is the copper goup flexible enough to just lay the cable over (I use a Polder with braided metal cable) or do you cut a notch in one location, as someone on page 1 mentioned?
