Has anyone tried the Bill Blakley (aka Smokin' Bill) Carolina Pulled Pork Recipe? If so, how did you like it? Does anyone remember having it at Eggtoberfest? I have started brining a butt so I am already committed I guess, just curious as to other's experiences.

    ToyCollector, I had some at EGGtoberfest and it was good. Obviously not something you could do from scratch during the fest, Bill did it at home and brought it in to add to what he was cooking for the day.[p]I have to admit that I am partial to my own cooking but I would never turn this down. Try it, tweak it to become your own and I'll bet you're a hit with your friends and family.
