I'm headed for a less animal-intensive diet in the coming weeks, and I just realized I hadn't wokked anything on my Egg in forever. So I dug up Grace Young's "Breath of a Wok", Ming Tsai, and all those old Martin Yan books I bought at the discount bookstore, and I'm gonna attempt an egg-wok revolution. Anybody with me?

I don't have a Wok...but perhaps this gives me an excuse to buy one. I found a loophole. "Honey...I know I said no more eggcessories, but this one is for my health".Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
