With the addition of the mini (it's just so cute) the deck was getting a tad crowded, so with little fanfare we said good bye to Ol' Gassy. I must admit missing it, however, as it was real convenient to stack things on.[p]Finally got desperate and did hot dogs on the mini. Not the break in I was hoping for but it was a start. I need to find a pan small enough for the mini so I can do the beer soak with brats...[p]RE

    randomegger,[p]I am looking forward to christening mine too. I lit a fire in it the day I got it setup, but haven't cooked on it yet. I am planning to sear two ribeyes tomorrow (or maybe tonight) on it. [p]Wish me luck, and there will be pictures...
