No,I started one and had to cook it 7 days later.A family friend passed away and that was the only thing I had that was thawed so I cooked it and carried it to the family.I did put one in the fridge on Dec 23 and plan to cook it for Valentine's Day.I forgot to weigh it before I started drying it.Oh well,that gives me an excuse to buy another one so I can do a before and after weight analysis.

Got a 6 lbs.'er aging since 12/16, will do tomorrow. First time for me. Hoping for the best. Thanks for all the advice.
