Whole Beef Strip Loin - Cutting Advice Please

I picked up a whole beef strip loin today and plan on cutting it into 2inchers for TREXing. What advice does anyone for cutting this up? Thanks[p]Steve-B

I do this all of the time, we get em at costco and cut em up....I`m not sure what advice you are asking for...lay it out on your cutting board and cut em to the thickness you want, then you can either trim the fat or leave it, your choice, I trim most not all of it...then into the foodsaver bags....HTH[p]Wess

just use a sharp knife. .. .i've bought the whole strips at price club. . .and i also cut them into two inch thick steaks. .. they are great t-rexed. .. just individualy wrap and freeze them (i don't have a food saver, so i just double wrap them in plastic wrap and then put them in freezer bags). . ..if you want, you can trim back some of the fat, depends on how much is there to start with. . .[p]enjoy
