I saw somewhere on this forum about a deck heater made by BGE. Is this available? What are the features? What is the cost? Where can I get information about this product? I haven't seen it listed anywhere as a BGE product. [p]Thanks for your help![p]

BGE sells them and your dealer should be able to get you one....The ball of it is roughly the size of a medium egg...and in my opinion this thing works very well, it takes about 30 minutes to start crankin out heat, but shortly after you are backing up...I believe it costs around $250 with the stand pictured, which is actually a nest for a large egg.....HTH[p]Wess

Sorry to be a pest but you have me curious about this heater. What size logs can you burn or do you use something else? Does it have something over the front open area to keep sparks from flying out onto the deck? Is there any damper control? I live in Iowa and have been looking for a good heater for my deck for those cool fall and spring evenings! Thanks for all the information!!
