<p />Another local Egger, Tim, came over tonight. Over a couple of Coors Lights (yeah, I drink sissy beer), we decided to try the ABTs. Stuffed the jalapinos with creamed cheese and some leftover pulled pork. Wrapped it all up in bacon, regular sliced bacon. Cooked those bad boys at about 325, direct, on a raised grid for about 40 minutes. We also dusted them with Dizzy Pig Swamp Venom. They tasted pretty good, but Tim and I agreed the peppers should've been softer. Maybe cooked more? Has anyone ever heard of boiling the peppers before egging them to make them softer? We expected the ABTs to be a bit softer like those jalapino poppers you get in the yup bars. Thanks in advance for the input.[p]Jimbo[p]
