Lawn Ranger,[p]Looks good. I also do a 5 hour brisket flat. The cook is 5 hours but I coat with white sugar, DP Cowlick and put in a ziplock bag and leave in fridge overnight.[p]I think the egg Gods will forgive us or it wouldn't be any good to eat.[p]CWM
