Brisket Preparation Question

I've done two briskets in my year of Egg ownership, both turned out great. Each time I trimmed and applied rub the day before and put the meat in the refrigerator overnight.
I want to do a brisket on Wednesday, but I will be out of town on Tuesday. Would there be any problems doing the prep. today and having the thing stay in the refrig. for two days instead of one?
Thanks.
