Tripping down memory lane here. I remember my dad buying lox wings. The fins from smoked salmon. That was when the delis bought the side of the fish. He'd boil the fins (wings) with onion and potato. Yum, mem'ries. Anyone out there in Eggland know if those wings are still available?
