First Ribeye Roast
Kentucky Wildcat Fan
Posts: 606
This was my first ever prime rib roast. It was 8 lbs. I did an upfront sear at 500 then dropped down to 250-275 and cooked till 128. Little fatty but very good flavor and juicy.
