did my 2nd ever prime rib (1st on egg) it might have just turned into a tradition. Only problem is that once the food comes off of the egg I have a real hard time taking pics To anxious to eat :woohoo: Brother in law was helping take it off of the egg and when I opened the lid he said "oh yeah! your gonna pull some pork!" Not that he was disapointed, butt should be pulled in about an hour :woohoo:
