I fired up my new large BGE last night. I was very impressed with the speed to get to 650F temperature.
Put the steaks on for three and a quarter minutes on each side turning 3 times. Shut the air off of the BGE and left the steaks in for 5 minutes. Removed them and allowed to rest under foil for another 5 minutes. Terrific!
I wish I would have bought this a long time ago.
