<p />Dinner tonight was great. A little mustard, a little ground salt and pepper. The steaks were that slice hof Prime Rib, my wife said that the official name is 'Delmonico' -- regardless of the name, the results were EGGsellant! 3 minutes per side followed by a 4 minute slow down. GOOD![p]
