Elk and Pork

Elk breakfast sausage dusted with swamp venom, pork country ribs with light hot bone sucking rub and heavy BGE sweet maple. Smoked with cherry. Started the large at 1pm.

Needed to use this cabbage, yellow pepper and half onion. Let the country ribs go till 155. Put on top of the veggies with Niagra balsamic vinagar, beer and s/p.
