Turkey temp

Can anybody give me advice on temp to smoke a turkey and any hints. I have read mad max's way but want to try my own way. Thanks

I think 160 (after rest) yields the perfect texture in the breast, and 190 in the thigh will give you moist pull apart dark meat.

Tons of ways to cook a turkey, just pick your cooker temp and pull it off at approx 160 breast and 180 thigh temp

What's a good temp to put the egg at?

I do my turkey at 300 to 350 F. trying to maintain a 325 F. zone.
