Easy cook other than the time.

PORK - Pork Shoulder (butt & picnic)
Thirdeye has some very good and informative discussions on many types of food. You may wnat to spend some time reading there.
When you light your lump light it in several places and don't let the egg temperature get above your target cook temperature.
