Two Butts Ready To Stack!

<p />Here's a pic of the two butts I asked about stacking. They're all seasoned up with Byron's Butt Rub and ready to go into the egg. These two represent about 17 lbs. of butt. Doing the low and slow tonight and we plan to use these up in pulled pork sandwiches tomorrow night. We're celebrating my wife's 50th birthday! She's the sweetie who got me started with this egg stuff on Fathers' Day. She and the kids gave me a large and a few weeks ago I had to go out and get myself a small to take camping with us. I'll post the finished product tomorrow. I felt the least I could do for her on her big day was to feed her some of the dividends her investment is putting out![p]Jimbo
