Elf package--I'm late!!

Sorry for being so late posting my elf package from tcracing, I've had it for over a week. Tim sent me some rubs and sauces. The sauces are in the plastic bags. You mix the seasonings in the bags with some ketchup and simmer so you know it will be fresh! Look forward to trying it all out. Thanks Tim. Mike

    I'm sure you will enjoy the Viper sauces, but don't forget to add the brown sugar. If you go to their site they have a short video on making the sauce. What they tell you to do is make the sauce, let it cool, clean out the ketchup bottle, and store sauce in the ketchup bottle with the sticker on it so you know what it is. One other thing, enjoy. My elf also sent me a pack of BBQ sauce that I can make, can't wait to try.

    Tim, I hadn't opened the Viper packages yet so had only read the directions through the package and didn't see the brown sugar part yet. I was also thinking about what to put it in after making and hadn't thought of reusing the ketchup bottle. Look forward to trying them out. Thanks again. Mike
