Did anyone see this show on the travel channel about Carnivore Chronicles on how Ed Mitchell pitmaster from The Pit Authenic Barbeque cooks spare ribs?
If so how does he cook spare ribs in an hour where the meat falls of the bone?
I know he grills it for 45 minutes then steams it for 15 minutes but at what temp?
Just wondering.
