As a graduation present for completing his Masters Ginny & I gave Tim a small BGE. He already has a mini.

Well he called last night and said he had bought a 4# bone in butt and wanted to know how to cook it. I gave him my thoughts. He said he would start the fire about 11AM today and put it on at noon (fast butt technique).

Anyway on my way into work (6:45AM) I received a call from Tim with a few more questions. I asked him why he was calling soooo early for him. He said he couldn't sleep last night as he was "hopped up on Egg" and couldn't wait to cook the butt. I said I completely understand as I get very eggcited when I cook on the BGE also...

I think he is addicted... :laugh: :P :cheer:
