A while back someone posted a salmon recipe. If I'm not mistaken, it was a combination of nature boys recipe and some other recipe. I think it had maple of some sort in it (but my brain is failing me today). What I do remember for sure was - there was a beautiful picture along with the post (even blurred borders, etc). Anyway, it looked like it came right out of a magazine - but the poster had taken the picture him/herself. [p]Any help? I've searched the archives with no luck.[p]Molly

Well, I'm not sure - but it sounds great so please share. I just know the person took a couple recipes and combined them to make one super uber salmon recipe. And of course I can't forget the picture - it was amazing.

You are referring to my "Panko Encrusted Salmon" or whatever I called it. Here's the link. In the recipe I failed to mention the maple syrup. I use maple syrup with a couple of TBSP of butter in it. I reduce it over low heat until it thickens up a bit and then pour,drizzle over the salmon. Good luck.[p]TNW
