1 package JD hot breakfast sausage stuffed with cheese and peppers of your choice and dusted with your favorite rub. Cook indirect 275-350 to 160* internal

family favorite for breakfast is breakfast sausage stuffed with french toast (sometimes the frozen ones) and some syrup. Delicious!

Pure & simple.. I like the JD sage blend, rubbed with a touch of John Henry's pecan rub and a little EVOO. It really gets yer mornin' off to a grate start!!

One of the best I ever did was a Reuben fatty. I put in corned beef, a little bit of das kraut, swiss and a dab of thousand island. When it came out I used more thousand island as a dipping sauce.
Really I will just throw leftover lunch meat/cheese/bbq or whatever in there.
Also one of my favorites is a jimmy dean maple, with a sweet rub (like a sweeter pork rub or Dizzy Pig raging river) with cherry wood. Sometimes I will glaze it in maple syrup (the cheap kind). On biscuits, oh man!
