Christmas Dinner

<p />We got a new digital camera this year, so I figured I would take some pictures of dinner. I did a large Pork tenderloin on the egg this year. I did a simple rub of raw sugar, salt, pepper and garlic. Then egged it at 350 until it reached 147 degrees. Then I wrapped it, and let it rest for a while before slicing. It had a great flavor. We also made some green peppercorn gravy to put on it.[p][p][p]

I would like to hear about the green pepper corn gravy. How did it turn out? I have a jar of those in my pantry and would like a good recipe.

I've made it from scratch before, but this time I cheated and used the packages that you buy at the grocery store. However, I always add some more green peppercorns because they don't ever put enough into the little packages.[p]
