Holiday potluck ideas

All,

So I would like a unique item that would hold over well to bring to a holiday potluck coming up. All of the staples, including the meat, would already be covered. I am looking for something that would be different and could be cooked the night before and be warmed either by microwave or crockpot if necessary. Cooking the morning of is not particulary feasible. Let me know some great ideas!
