Merry Christmas and a special introduction!

First of all, a very merry Christmas to all eggers and their families! I would like to thank each and every one of you from the bottom of my heart for all the help and advice I have received on this forum. As you may be aware, my obsession with the egg whilst I was working for Halliburton in Kuwait and Iraq. I returned home to my family just before Thankgiving - which was the best I have ever had. We have so very much to be grateful for, and my wife and I are looking forward to meeting all of you and attending eggfests in the future - the first being the Texas Eggfest at the end of May, I believe.[p]Speaking of my wife, we have decided that the time has come to "formally" introduce her! As I have read from others, it appears that many of us "are either cooking on the egg - or writing about cooking on it!" I am in the same boat, and now my wife is teetering on the edge of the slippery slope. After all, the enthusiasm of eggery is contagious! Ah, yes, the name. After intense thought and consideration, my better half has decided that "Sue" is appropriate. Actually, that is only part of the name. The name in full is "Sue" followed by the initial "E".[p]I can now dash around like a lunatic screaming looking for her screaming "Sue E" "Sue E" without fear of a resounding slap! he he he![p]I thought I'd include a picture of the egg in action last night in Houston. Check out the snow![p]With the very best of wishes for the holiday season,[p]Pigasso and Sue E.[p]

Pigasso,
The Eggfest in Waldorf will be mid-May if you can't wait for the end of May in Texas, LOL!

The Naked Whiz -
The Naked Whiz,[p]Yep, that's a whole 7 days earlier. I don't know if I could handle two eggfests two weekends in a row.....but it sure sounds like fun to try. Last year we had a week of rest and a week of preparation, but 2005 is going to be close.[p]Cheers Whiz! (not to be mistaken for Cheese Whiz) LOL
