razorback,[p]I just did one a little over 13 LB at the same temperture, 330 to 350 and I took it off after 4 hours, the little button hadn't popped out yet.[p]Got a report that it is really good.[p]My new (newer than me with the egg) ET 73 thermometer was reading 178 in the breast.[p]I took it off earlier when the reading was 175 but wasn't done, think I had probe in wrong.[p]Hope this helps.[p]Murl

razorback,[p]Rule of thumb is around 15 minutes per pound at that Egg temp, pretty much the same as for a kitchen oven.[p]Bob
