Wokked a some brussel sprouts and broccoli. Cleaned the sprouts and cut a cross in the bottom. Steamed the sprouts and broccoli for 5 minutes, cooled then marinated in a garlic and wasabi stir fry sauce for the hours along with some turkey.


Pretty good. I like em crunchy but next time I'll steam a little more or quarter them.

The term also includes turnip,collard radish, mustard and Beet leaves.(Greens)I thought I was gonna see a Gumbo pot full 'O Greens with smoked Hamhocks,Salt pork,potliquor and skillet cornbread! :woohoo: But what I did see looked MITEE YUMMEE!

Thought you used a broom for that, and the guys from up North was always talking about it :blink:Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given another Mini to add to the herd.
