grillmandan,
Really sorry about your company! Did any of the wedding guests get any food?

The guests got all the food...I wouldn't let him eat.
He told me later that he really wanted some of those steaks! -
Haha, You would have to wrassle him to keep him away from meat

Those steaks were too small, only about a pound each :( and it took 16 of them to fill the XL.
It was fun Dan hope the charity made out well -
How many did you pick off to make room tapeworm boy?

You are a braver man than I!
I've catered 3 gigs as a favor and I would NEVER do it for $$. Too much work for the pay :silly:
Looks like you did a great job and I'm sure the guests were thrilled.Knoxville, TN

Hoss, that is a nice setup Dan has. I've been using it for the last 15 years for my superbowl party. every few years he changes it up.

Agree that it is not a good paid event. But I do it for fun!... My wife and I cater about 6 events a year as volunteers. We cook for groups from 20 to 1500 people. It is a lot of work, but it's a blast. I can't cook without beer and cigars, so the church groups just have to look past that. We also accept donations to our charity www.projectten.net
More cooking! -
Dad, I'm so proud you got the pictures to work! Maybe there is hope :ermm:

Wow I am impressed... there was defiantly a higher power there keeping Pat off those steaks..... that is like a vampire to blood!!!
Thanks for the pics brought back many good memories of the mini fest
