Too Easy

Running late this evening but still wanted to fire up the egg.Took a salmon filet and defrosted, washed and patted dry,rubbed with mustard BBQ sauce and raging river rub,let it set while fire went to 350,used the raised rack for 25 minutes not flipping.It is hard to go to a restaurant!!

Did something similar last weekend. Marinated about 2.5 pounds of salmon in a homemade vinagarette. Then cooked it on the raised grid for about 25 min at 350 with a handful of pecan chips thrown in. It was a crowd pleaser![p]Paul
