We did our Thanksgiving on Friday and I just got the pics posted.
I took the bird apart, used the back and wings for stock, and cooked the hindquarters and breast at 350°F for about 1-1/2 hours. It was wonderful!

I remember Julia Child preparing turkey that way (in the oven, not on an egg), I always thought it was a smart way to do turkey. Looks delicious!
