Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given another Mini to add to the herd. -
Looks so delicious!

Susan, it looks really good. How did you cook it. I catch lots of Grouper here in North Carolina. I'm always looking for new ways to cook it. I see they posted the 2nd Annual Carolina Eggfest, hope to see you there. Capt. Rich

Thanks everyone! It was one of the better things I have cooked lately. I marinated the grouper in a Northern Italian dressing, about 400 degrees, raised grid. It took about 25 minutes, the fillets were really thick. Served on an onion roll with tomato, lettuce & wasabi mayo

I didn't realize grouper came in filets that thick. That looks fantastic!

Looks aweseome. Big fish sandwhich Lover here. L&T only please, hold the Tarter Sauce. And grouper is probably my favorite, although I do confess to an occassional Filet-o-fish at the golden arches.
