Digital Photo Frame

I'm wanting to get my mom a digital photo frame for a Christmas gift. I'll load the photos on before I send it to her. I really only care that it's easy for me to load the photos on and that it has good photo viewing quality. I don't need the photos to run in any particular order and I don't need video.

I've read some reviews of frames sold on amazon and it seems that's it not that easy to get the photos on these things - a lot of fussing around is necessary. Will I really need to resize every photo I put on there?
I would really just like to go through my photos, click on the ones I want to put on there, and away they go!

One review said they couldn't get the sample pictures deleted. Yikes!

Any recommendations?
