Quiet Thanksgiving

Posts: 5,755
Herbs used in butter and stuffed in bird
Roasted the good stuff for the stock
After +/- 1 hour
Simple roux
Fine chopped the good stuff for the gravy
Skewered a few veggies
Just about ready
Ready to carve
Creamed potatoes and gravy, sweet potato casserole, cornbread dressing, skewered veggies, cranberry sauce, french bread, and turkey
Nice
making more stock for turkey and andoille gumbo
