How to do ribs?
Hi everyone. Just got my egg. I'm doing my third cook tomorrow and it's going to be baby back ribs for four. Can I cook them on direct heat? Any quick suggestions? I'm going to buy a rib rack tomorrow.[p]I've enjoyed your forum. Just found it a few weeks ago and had to buy one of these eggs. Life is better now. Thanks.

Edog,
do you have a rib rack? I prefer to do do my baby backs dry and season with garlic powder, lemon pepper, and whatever else suits your 'buds. Keep temp as low as you can (200-225), place ribs on the rib rack, place rib rack in a pan and put on the egg, and let them slow cook. If your pan isnt too big and you have a large egg, then you will still have some room on the grill for any fixins. corn on the copb, baked potatos, or whatever you want, Happy Grilling! Jimbo
