Wednesday Night Thanksgiving Dinner

I spatchcocked a 10 lb. turkey for last nights pre-Thanksgiving dinner.

Believe it or not it was done in 1 hour! On the small raised a few inches direct at 400, dropped to 350 after putting the bird on:

The disinterested teenager was digging in before we even sat down:

Plated - oops, forgot the gravy.... We had brussel sprout casserole, mashed potatoes, dressing, homemade cranberry sauce with fresh ginger and apples.
