Hi,
I just picked up a small boneless chicken breast stuffed with rice and I think mushrooms, should I oven cook it or egg it???? Either way, how should it be cooked??? About 350 for about an hour??? If in the oven should there be anything in the pan. Liquid???
Thanks,
New Bob

New Bob,No where near an hour. I did 12 stuffed with goat cheese and pesto this past weekend. Took about 35 min. @ 350ºƒ. The prevent drying, use a remote thermometer in the meat or an instant read type. Pull at 160ºƒ, cover with foil and let sit for about 10 min. It will continue to cook and end up very juice.[p]Good luck,[p]CB

Chrispy Bob,
Thanks, I would hate to have it done too soon. I have not done one of these before but have had them oven cooked at friends.[p]Regards,

New Bob,
Egg-it. I do stuffed chicken breasts all the time. I usually cook at 400 for about 30 or 40 minutes. It will taste great. I stuff with procuitto and provolone.
